Region 13 workshop - using zips!
We had a couple of new members attend this workshops so we had 9 children attending and 5 adults stayed with them. We made a pencil case and a triangular purse, both with zips… all the children made both, and some made extras to give to friends. The adults were really impressed by the Young Quilters - the YQs were able to add zips to their items which is something they even find hard! The group are a happy bunch and eager to get on with their sewing. They especially like using their machines.
