Perfect Pockets at The Farnham Maltings Exhibition and Fabric Sale
Eleven Young Quilters made Perfect Pockets at the recent Region 2 workshop at The Farnham Maltings Exhibition and Fabric Sale, led by volunteer Sheila Musson. The children all enjoyed the opportunity to use the sewing machines brought by the Region 2 YQ Representative. The strip pieced pockets all turned out very unique with jazzy embellishments.
Thank you to Carole Gholish who offered the workshop space free of charge, and to Judi Mendelssohn who let each YQ choose a book from the late Diane Huck to take home.
Thank you to all of the YQ volunteers and helpers who made this workshop such a success!
